The Department of Colorectal Surgery provides specialized care and treatments of benign and malignant diseases of colon, rectum and anal.
Particularly, it has performed the record number cases of laparoscopic colorectal surgery in Korea. It introduced state-of-the-art medical equipment using robots (Davinchi) for colorectal surgery so as to offer truly top-notch medical service.
The Department also provides specialized surgery for patients suffering from diseases on anal such as hemorrhoids, piles and anal fistula, and performs laparoscopic surgery on patients with groin hernia.
