The Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine performs obstetric, cardiopulmonary, cerebral, and organ transplant anesthesia. It also runs Pain Clinic to treat pain.
As a hospital affiliated to College of Medicine, we are responsible for practices of anesthesia and pain medicine for students. In addition to patient care, we provide standard guidelines on anesthesiology and pain medicine for medical professionals through education and research to foster talented professionals who will ultimately be leaders in the fields of anesthesiology and pain medicine.
